Our Poitou house offers the charm and freshness of old stones, 4000m2 of unfenced land, a carport for 2 cars. Quiet but not isolated, you will have 115m2 renovated to new tastes, a very nice outdoor space and a recent swimming pool well secured.
A pleasant entrance offers storage/shoes, coat racks and toilet/washbasin. It gives access to a living room that is both cosy and modern, flat screen TV, bookcases and comfortable sofas for 6 people. This is followed by a large space of 30m2 dining room/kitchen. The dining room includes a large china cabinet and a large modern table with 6 comfortable seats for 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with wooden worktop, gives access to the pantry (washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning utensive).
From the entrance there is access to the mezzanine which distributes the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet. Two bedrooms are equipped with 160 beds, the third with a 140 bed. The bedding is all recent and comfortable. Each bedroom has shelving/wardrobe storage. The beds will be made for your arrival. Towels available in the bathroom.
Accessible from the kitchen a covered terrace facing the morning sun, offers garden furniture for meals for 6 people. From the dining room there is access to the large south terrace offering a rest area for two, a second dining table for 6 people and a lounge area with 6 seats with cushions, and ends with the door overlooking the swimming pool. The in-ground pool is 10m x 4m and 1.40m deep with a central staircase and surrounded by a wooden coping. You can sunbathe in one of the 3 deckchairs available on the wooden terrace.
A plancha is at your disposal under the oak tree 2 steps from the terrace.
A small forest and many paths are accessible from the entrance of the property and will allow you to jog or walk with your family in peace.
8km on Melle several supermarkets and all common shops as well as a cinema.
Less than 15 minutes pedal boats, climbing in the trees, visit the silver mines of the Frankish kings, visit abbey churches in Melle or the Royal Abbey in Celles will be offered to you.
