Enjoy this incredible loft in Old Town Scottsdale! Stocked kitchen & small stacked W/D in unit. Location is superb. Sleep comfortably in a queen size bed.

Once you leave the front door, you'll be just a few blocks to all of the fun events and popular attractions that Old Town has to offer! Roll around by renting a scooter/bike. Popular hiking spot Camelback mountain is only 3.4 miles away!

The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant. Super easy access to your loft including self check-in.

The entire loft is yours! We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. We created the citrus style loft especially for you!

We provide a basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1-2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

this is diffidently NOT a 2 bed place

This place only has 1 bed (queen) up in a loft - not even a bed room, although bed is comfortable. The so called extra bed / couch. not hardly. The couch would not even sleep a small child, the couch is very un-comfortable just to sit in, no way would you want to sleep on it. The carpet up in the loft had multiple stains, we would only walk around the unit with shoes or socks, no way would I go bare foot. The mold in the shower needs to be removed. Other than those, this place could be cool, great location, great parking, great restaurants within walking distance, safe, kitchen was clean and well stocked.

Key location

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. Building was quiet given its proximity to a busy street. Apartment was fairly clean and adequately sized. Property was older than the photos represented and carpeting in the loft is in desperate need of replacing with lots of stains. Overall a good stay.

Great Location

The location of the property is excellent, the communication with the host was great as well. There were a few areas unclean during our visit, Jacob has followed up with his cleaning team about fixing these problems. Overall the place needed a little TLC.

Disappointing

The property is quite old and shows it. You can see sunlight coming through the cracks in the door. The windows are so old that you can feel the cold air coming in. Unfortunately, the thermostat is downstairs so the heat is always running due to the heat rising into the loft and the downstairs staying cold. We couldn't get the overhead light to work so putting on makeup under a single bulb didn't work out well. The handle to the microwave was broken and one of the blinds to the vertical blinds was on the floor. Originally, they were going to send someone over to fix everything but then they told me I had the ONLY set of keys!! How could there not be a backup set? I had been asking about a late check at least a month in advance (due to a late flight departure). When I asked again prior to arriving, I was told to "remind" them that morning - which I did, but got no reply. At least with our flight being later, it gave me enough time to find a place to dry my hair since the ONE hairdryer at the place didn't work. Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant and disappointing experience I have had with a VRBO.
