Our house is in the Normandy countryside, more precisely in Le Perche 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche. It is a warm house that will give you the opportunity to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends. Along a small stream, it is surrounded by 4,000 M2 of land, in a green and quiet environment. It is composed of a large living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; its living area is about 200 m2. It is equipped with a large fireplace, a barbecue, chairs and garden table, a ping pong table and games for children.
