Wonderful stay, exactly as described

Property was very clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful. I enjoyed the heated pool and lanai with tv in the mornings. Perfect size home to enjoy my granddaughter's 2nd birthday on Easter Sunday with nearby family visiting.

We had a wonderful time! Mr. Britto was a great host. He responded quickly and everything was in order. The house is fantastic! The heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We were out on the lanai every morning enjoying the peace and quiet! There is everything you need at the house for a truly home away from home experience! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Ft Myers

A very nice place to stay in Ft Myers, FL. The house was clean and well stocked with items you may have forgotten (cooler, beach chairs, etc.) the host was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. All beds were super comfortable and lots of comfy outdoor seating space.

Perfect for our trip

My son and I stayed here for a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament and it was a perfect location. It was roughly 10 miles from the majority of the fields. It was close enough to the beach. The house had a nice size pool and the owner was very nice. I would stay here again for sure!

Great Visit

The owner had availability at the time we needed it to view our own property on Fort Myers Beach. The owner was very attentive and responsive. The home is well-kept, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was available. We were very happy with our visit.

RHWS Baseball Trip

The property was great!! exactly as advertised!! We were there to play in the Roy Hobbs Baseball Tournament and it was conveniently located to all the fields. Thanks to our host who was very accessible and easy to contact. Overall it was a great place to stay and will definitely stay there again!!

Lovely home with awesome pool!

We stayed here when visiting family in Ft. Myers. The home is very comfortable and quite spacious. The pool is kept at a very nice temperature and the rainbow colored pool lights were a hit with my son. The owner was very responsive and helpful when a minor issue arose. We all noted how we'd love to come stay here again when visiting our family in the area. Thanks so much!

Enjoyed our family weekend

From the time I booked, the property owner was easily accessible and friendly. We visited from Chicago and found the home to be comfortable, clean and had what we needed. Unfortunately, Florida had a some wind/rain and a "cool front" so the pool was a little to cool for us to use but the lanai was a great space to sit and enjoy. Nice neighborhood, quiet. Just a few minutes from Target, Barnes and Noble, Publix, Walgreens, many restaurants, 15-20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach. Situated nicely between the Airport and the Beach. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay

Very clean house with a well stocked kitchen. Great communication with the owner. The pool lacked a screen surround due to the ravages of hurricane Ian but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it every day and evening. It was really a nice pool and well maintained thanks to Carmen. The lanai was a nice area to sit and enjoy a beverage on the warm evenings. It was everything we could have asked for in our escape from the cold northern winter. Thanks Dennis, we might be back in the future.

Dennis was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. His home was very Clean and Comfortable. We loved everything about the home, especially the pool. My husband really liked the couch. The neighborhood was quiet and not on a main road. Neighbors all wave and say hello. It was a very pleasant environment. We hope to be back next year.
