Fantastic Tiny House with easy access to the beach & shopping! Everything you need for a great beach vacation! Don’t let the word “Tiny” fool you! This property hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo & the living room has a queen sleep sofa. A separate storage building houses a full-size washer & dryer only for our guests use. Great quiet location only 6 miles from the beach & 8 miles from the Tanger outlet in Foley!!

My main job for the past nearly 30 years is in the Staffing Industry in Missouri and Arkansas. My husband and I began to invest in real estate about 25 years ago. Initially we only invested in long term rentals but in 2011 we bought our first vacation rental. We have absolutely loved buying properties in destinations that we love to visit. My passion is finding the perfect location, staging and decorating it, and always making improvements along the way based on guest feedback!

Why they chose this property

This is our first "Tiny House" and we absolutely love it! It doesn't feel tiny due to the vaulted ceilings. It has everything you need! It has a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, washer and dryer in a storage building just behind the house, and smart TV's in the living room and bedroom. All towels and linens provided.

What makes this property unique

Only 6 miles to the beaches and 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets in Foley. Great location!
