In the quiet district of Fontreyne in Gap, the renovated house "Chez Huguette" welcomes you. Very sunny, the furnished apartment includes on the ground floor a living room with a living room, dining room and a new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer part, hob, traditional oven and microwave oven, two coffee makers (Dolce Gusto Nescafé and filter), Téfal pancakes). Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), bedroom 2 with two twin beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and bedroom 3 with a bed (90 cm x 190 cm). "Chez Huguette" is located a few metres from a tobacconist's shop, a quality butcher shop and a hairdressing salon and a few minutes by car (or 10 minutes on foot) from several supermarkets (SupEco, Auchan, Epicerie, Darty, Ekosport, etc.).
You can walk to the Fontreyne nautical stadium or the Givaudan park or take a walk in the surrounding area. About ten metres from the house, there is the bus stop allowing you to go free of charge in a few minutes to the historic centre of Gap. In summer, the mountains await you for walks in the Charance park for example or for more demanding hikes (ascent of the Pic de Gleize or the Pic de Charance ....).
