Gourmet Kitchen: High-end, fully equipped kitchen with white cabinetry, a large island, and stainless steel appliances including a Thor range and Frigidaire refrigerator with ice maker. All essentials provided: toaster, microwave, blender, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
Dedicated Workspace: Laptop-friendly area for your convenience.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 14):
Bedroom 1 (main floor): One Queen Bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (main floor): One Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Four Queen Beds with attached half bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs master): One King Bed with private balcony access.
Bathrooms: Spa-like master bathroom with a luxurious freestanding soaker tub. All bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Please take note of these additional details for your stay:
Early Check-in: May be available upon request, subject to previous guest departure and cleaning schedules.
Security: For your security and ours, a Ring camera is located in the driveway. It monitors and records motion 24/7.
Kayak & Paddleboard: Use of the kayak and paddleboard requires a security deposit.
Kitchen Supplies: We provide a full set of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans for your cooking needs. We do not provide food, drinks, or condiments.
Beach Items: The availability of beach items like toys or a wagon is not guaranteed, as these items may experience wear and tear from previous guests and the coastal environment.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and all its amenities, allowing you to make yourself completely at home. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible.

We value your privacy and aim for you to have a relaxing, undisturbed vacation. The host will not be present during your stay, but is available remotely for any questions or assistance you may need. Please note, there is no one living on-site 24/7.
