During Summer when checking out turn AC thermostat to 76. During winter 67.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (Any violators will be subject to immediate eviction and up to $1000 2.-We require photo ID and guest to agree to house rules
2.Actions by guests that result inNEIGHBORS COMPLAINTS or Police being called to the home will result in a minimum $250 charge to deal/ HOA penalties.
We have cameras & noise monitors on the exterior of our home Any attempt at disabling redirecting or obscuring will result $250 fine & guest eviction.
