Ground floor: spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace, kitchen, lounge (fireplace), bedroom (two 80x200cm single beds that can be joined together with shower room and toilet). First floor: bedroom (one 160x200cm double bed), shower room/toilet. Second floor: two bedrooms (one with two 80x200cm single beds and the other with three 90x200cm single beds). Central heating with pellet stove. Shared laundry room. Plancha grill and foosball table in the pool enclosure. Pets: only calm and sociable dogs under 20kg are allowed (one per rental, medium-sized and treated for fleas). Heating and beds made upon arrival. Heating is included in your rental from the beginning of October to the beginning of May. Heating periods may vary depending on the weather. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. During this period, it may be closed occasionally for maintenance, technical reasons, or due to weather conditions. In case of favorable weather and no technical problems, the opening date may be brought forward to the beginning of May and the winterization period postponed to mid-October.
