We also appreciate you noting how much you typically enjoy summer at Purgatory, including the alpine slide, Inferno roller coaster, scenic chair lift, and on-site dining and activities. We do want to clarify for future guests that Purgatory Resort’s summer operations do not begin until Father’s Day weekend (around June 20th), when their seasonal activities, restaurants, and amenities officially open. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting those offerings to be available, and we sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience this caused during your stay. Your feedback is important, and we will continue working to ensure guests have the most accurate and up-to-date seasonal information before arrival.
