This 6-person, 3-star holiday cottage is located in Cirès, one of France's most beautiful villages, renowned for its flora, fauna, and the legendary Port de Balès pass. From its large, flower-filled balcony, you can enjoy views of the Oueil Valley and its deer. Just steps away is the Neste d'Oueil, a natural, uncapped stream teeming with wild trout. 12 km away, you'll find all the shops and services you need in the town of Bagnères-de-Luchon, as well as thermal baths and numerous leisure activities: golf, horseback riding, guided mountain activities, bike and ski rentals, and, in Antignac, a water sports center for canoeing and kayaking. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and one with a single bed (90cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160cm)), shower room, WC. First floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge area, bathroom with toilet, laundry room. Second floor: mezzanine (two single beds, 90cm wide). Clothes dryer. Natural underfloor heating (geothermal). Private enclosed garden, garage, terrace, reinforced electric vehicle charging point. The owner may need to access the garden to tend her vegetable patch.
