After enjoying a short walk through a quiet tree lined street, spend your day relaxing on the neighborhood's exclusive private beach, enjoy the use of a private boat dock, picnic, and play in the water until your heart is content. At the end of a long day at the lake, wandering around in Yosemite, or playing in the snow that surrounds the area in winter, come home to a nice hot jacuzzi to fully enjoy the relaxed vacation mode! Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close hot tub lid
Turn off bbq
** Only 1 bag of trash per night is allowed any additional bags will be charged at $25 per bag. Any trash thrown in the bin not in a bag will incur a $100 fine.**
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
