Here at the cabin you get the best of both worlds a COUNTRY-LIKE retreat but are also conveniently close to town. Wonderfully easy stay - cute, quaint cabin close to downtown Nashville. Quiet, easy check in and check out, perfect way to get away from the hub-bub.

Sharon thanks for booking with us, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our hope is that our home feels just that quaint(she is very nostalgic in time). safe future travels
This cabin was awesome! Loved the history of it…it evoked nostalgic memories from my childhood growing up around log cabins. This was the perfect place to relax and recharge!
Bed was broken, there was a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the outside doors. Heating was poor. No insulation in the walls. Truly a cabin. I would not recommend staying here in the extreme colder or hotter months. That said it was adorably decorated.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to provide a bit of additional context for future guests. This cabin is an original structure over 200 years old and is intentionally preserved as a historic, rustic experience rather than a modern build.
Under normal circumstances, the cabin’s heating and air conditioning maintain comfortable temperatures in both summer and winter seasons. However, during this stay, our area experienced record-low temperatures and an extreme ice storm. Conditions were so severe that many homes in the region—modern and historic alike—were unable to maintain typical indoor temperatures.
We also want to note that we were not made aware of any concerns during the stay, nor were we notified that the guests were leaving early. Had we been contacted, we had emergency heaters available and would have been happy to step in immediately to assist.
We do appreciate the kind words about the decor and charm of the cabin. We encourage guests to carefully consider the historic nature of the property and seasonal weather conditions when booking, and we value feedback that helps set clear expectations for future visitors.
This is truly a little slice of historical heaven. It is very clean with everything you need and then some. They have a grill and fire pit outside to use but It was very cold and raining during our stay so we were unable to use them, on our next stay we definitely will.. We did have a few questions and the host replied almost instantly.
We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cabin! Would return!

It was great. My wife and spent 4 days there and it was beautiful. It was close enough to enjoy Nashville but far enough away to be quiet and romantic.
Went to see the Dolly musical, so this was an absolutely perfect “TN mountain home”! Legit size coffee pot (which was amazing) toiletries etc .everything you need. There was a seclusion feeling and we had a lovely time sitting under the shade trees in the back. Wonderful accommodations!!
Perfect spot for a weekend away. Quiet and relaxed. Cabin had all we needed for minimal cooking and eating in, but plenty of great eat out options nearby as well. So charming and took us back in time. Would definitely stay here again, cool to check it out in fall or winter, too.

Hi friends,
My name is Amanda. I’m a true southern spirit. I love good food and hanging with family and friends. My hobbies include working out, cooking and pretty much anything craft or creative. I love to entertain and host. My home is your home is my motto.
Why they chose this property
I created this space, so that you could escape the hustle of life. It’s so easy to overfill our calendars and generally we load them down with great & exciting things. Kids sport events, work, birthdays, cookouts, etc. Here at The Cabin @ 934 we want you to come unplug and reconnect with the ones you bring. Enjoy some coffee and a good conversation. There is plenty to explore near by, but at the end of the day we have created a space for you to rest. Truly rest. Take in the creek at the back of the property. Bird watch. Experience the nature around. Read a book. Play a game. Sit in silence. We have come to love how this home forces us to stop & slow down. To be present. To enjoy the simple & beautiful things in life.
What makes this property unique
5 acre as of green grass, lots of animal life at dusk and dawn. A beautiful creek in the back. Where to can take in a picnic, read, listen to music. Slow down.
