Home is centrally located near the Mercedes Benz stadium, World Congress Center, and many major attractions.
Traditional floor plan, with 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. Newly renovated! Enjoy the evening by the new fire pit with family and/or friends, or have a barbecue day with our charcoal grill.

3 bedrooms and the master bedroom are located in the 2nd floor. The 5th bedroom is very large, accommodates 3 queen beds and has its own bathroom, located in the 3rd floor.

We Enjoyed inside and outside the property. The fireplace outside ran out of gas was the only issue. Otherwise a great atay and we plan on renting this property again

Beautiful, very comfortable house and very secure. If your looking for a place to stay thats well appointed and comfortable, this is a great place. If you are looking to walk the area, go for a jog, this may not be the place for you

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This home was even better than it looked in pictures and was perfect for a weekend stay in Atlanta. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The host was very accommodating and even left us a welcome basket with treats which was very thoughtful. They were very easy to communicate with during the check in and check out process. Location was also central and made it easy to get to main attractions in Atlanta.

Atlanta Gem

If you are looking for a safe, clean, beautiful historic home in downtown Atlanta with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and entertain, this is your property. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, I am very particular about the houses we choose, and this house has been the best we've stayed in. The hosts are extremely accommodating and attentive, answering my texts and emails very quickly, and making check in/check out a breeze. The house is the best stocked home we have stayed in, with quality linens, furniture, kitchen and barware. The home is conducive to both intimate gatherings in front of the fire place or on the front porch, as well as spreading out to enjoy a crowd around the outside fire pit or the two dining tables. There are plenty of comfy beds in well sized bedrooms. The only reason for the 4 star on the location is due to the reality of any home being in the downtown Atlanta area. I felt incredibly safe in this home, but anyone visiting any part of Atlanta should be aware of the realities of downtown living. That is not a reflection on the home, that is a reality of staying in a big city. That being said, I find Atlanta to be unexpectedly friendly for its size and this house will place you in great proximity to all the fun things downtown Atlanta has to offer. The house is tastefully decorated and there are luxurious details and all throughout this beautiful home. You will enjoy your stay, no doubt!

Everything was excellent. It was very clean, inviting, good decor, well stocked with necessities, large secure yard, comfortable beds, and great hosts. Cons: a bit of a busy noisy street at night and the neighborhood was a bit concerning, but we had no issues with either one. Overall, a great day.

Football Getaway

We came to Atlanta to attend an NFL game. We were in walking distance to the stadium. The house had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking. The host responded quickly when needed.

Great house

Wonderful house for our weekend in Atlanta. Photos and listing were very accurate - this is a beautiful house. The owner was very responsive and got back to us right away when we had any question. Neighborhood is a city neighborhood that seems to be transitioning (improving). Would recommend.

70th Birthday gathering

The house is beautiful and super well kept and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was exceptionally accommodating and even helped with finding lodging for family members that weren't staying in the home. He left yummy treats and balloons for birthday guy. We can't say enough about our awesome stay. We will be back, thank you so much.
