Functionally furnished apartments (CKO602-609) in a house on terraced grounds. They are located in the small village of Sv. Petar next to Moscenicka Draga and near Opatija. Each apartment has a common terrace as well as a private one with sea view. On the first level, where there is also access to the parking lot, there are CKO603, 602, 604, 609. The terrace of CKO609 is on the level below, where there are also apartments CKO 605,606,607,608. In the enclosed and lovingly decorated garden, with an imposing olive tree at the entrance, there is a common swimming pool and a barbecue. Moscenicka Draga has beautiful beaches and nearby you can find a dog beach, hiking trails and a promenade by the sea.

Contra:Check in hätte besser laufen können, wir kamen uns ein wenig verloren vor. Einzelne Möbel könnten eine Auffrischung gebrauchen genauso wie diverse Küchenutensilien. Es fehlen Sonnenschirme-Schattenplätze am Pool. Waschmaschine wird lediglich von der Eigentümerin bedient. Wäsche bei Ihr abgeben und Sie kümmert sich drum. :-Pro:Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Am Hang gelegen schaut man direkt runter zur Bucht und Hafen. Der Pool ist für alle eine Erfrischung und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hunde sind sehr willkommen.Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig in 10-15 min zu erreichen, der Rückweg dauert etwas länger.Fazit:Wer bereit ist hier und da abstriche zu machen und nicht gerade 5 Sterne erwartet, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Abstriche muss man überall machen und die persönliche Erwartungshaltung darf nicht dem deutschen Standard entsprechen. Dann klappt es. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)
