About this property

Our condo is in the beautiful Lakewood National Golf Club, it is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beach towels for guests so you don’t have to bring your own. LWN has 2 Arnold Palmer designed 18 hole golf courses. The resort style pool, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, fully equipped gym with aerobics room and full service spa will make your stay feel more like vacationing at a resort. Tiki bar along with a full service restaurant that just opened in May 2023. We also have a satellite pool next to the condo if you prefer not going to the main pool. Assigned covered parking spot right at the entrance with elevator to the 4th floor. The lanai has a beautiful view on the 15th hole on the Piper Course and to the west to watch beautiful sunsets.

Great view, condo and community

This condo has a great view from a lanai with screens on two sides, looking out on two golf holes, two ponds and a conservation area. Unit is South-facing and bathed in light even on rare overcast days. Right next door is a community pool. It’s a 20-minute walk to a resort pool, pool bar and restaurant, clubhouse with dining, gym, pickle ball and golf clubhouse. The community is active and friendly. You’ll want to come back soon.

Amazing & Clean

We rented unit 406 at Lakewood National from March 13-April 18 and we were amazed at how much we felt at home. It was immaculate (my husband is a clean freak) and we just loved the layout and convenience to the satellite pool. Our landlord, Kristy was delightful to work with and thought of every amenity and more to have available. Unfortunately, I was not able to obtain the time period for next year but hope, in the future we will be able to return to this awesome unit. Our experience was one of the best and easiest vacations we have ever had. Thank you so very much🥰

Great condo, view and amenities

This is a new (2021) condo in excellent condition. It is comfortably furnished. Great southern exposure with lots of light coming into the main living/dining/kitchen area. Screened lanai with views of two ponds, two fairways, and a wooded conservation area. Lakewood National is great for walking and biking. The pool and outdoor/bar restaurant are just a 15-20 minute walk from the condo. Food and drinks are very good and the staff is friendly. 45-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach (#2 in US) and Sarasota. Free access to putting and chipping greens. All-day passes available to driving range, too. Tenants are treated like full-time residents. Owners are very easy to work with. I had a great time and I'll be back next year.
