Newly renovated luxury apartment with two separate bedrooms, large living-dining area and large (10 m²) Mediterranean loggia in direct beach location.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator, hair dryer, etc.
Close to the center, bars, restaurants, shops and the marina are in the immediate vicinity. A car is not required.

The apartment is located in one of the closest properties in Grömitz in a very popular apartment complex and has been awarded 4 stars by the tourism association.
There is a sauna, a wash house and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity.
A parking lot is available to our guests free of charge. This apartment is extremely popular with our guests. Gastgeber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Wohnung zu finden war etwas kompliziert .Nachdem wir sie gefunden hatten waren wir überrascht wie gut alles zur Beschreibung passte. Die Küche klein aber mit allem ausgestattet. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, das wir vom Balkon keinen Meerblick hatten. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schön eingerichtete Fe-Wo. ohne Meerblick, sehr schmaler Flur, Mini-Küche für max. 1 Person, sehr schlechtes Wlan, Reste vom Vormieter z.B. unterm Bett, auf Loggia und im Bad, hellhörige Wohnung und laut im Innenhof, komplizierter Weg zum Strand. Wir sind enttäuscht, haben den Ort, den Strand, die Promenade, das Meer trotzdem sehr genossen.

Nachdem alle von Grömitz geschwärmt haben, haben wir uns dieses Jahr aufgemacht. Das was ich auf der Plattform nicht gut finde, dass man den Hund nicht extra auswählen kann und der Vermieter somit bei der Buchung nicht eindeutig erkennen kann, ob jemand einen Hund mit bringt und welche Extrakosten auf einen zukommen. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank eine Vermieterin, mit der wir uns gut unterhalten konnten, sodass unsere Lotti auch mit durfte. Wir haben ein paar Dinge telefonisch besprochen und Frau Holm bot sich an, bei Fragen, Anregungen und Wünschen zur Verfügungzustehen. Die Anreise war unkompliziert und anhand der Beschreibung kamen wir auch in unsere Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern und toll eingerichtet. Das Highlight für die Kinder, natürlich der eigene Fernseher im Zimmer. Die Beleuchtung ist klasse und auch hat es grds.an nichts gefehlt. Ggf.ein Mixer wäre klasse gewesen, da die Kids jeden Tag Pfannkuchen (Eierkuchen) haben wollten und das auf Dauer mit einem Schneebesen anstrengend war :-). Der Balkon ist groß und läd zum verweilen ein. Schade, dass man auf eine Wand schaut aber Familie Holm hat dies recht gut dekoriert. Die Lage ist natürlich top und wenn man den Weg durch das andere Haus zum Strand einmal kennt, läuft das auch wie geschmiert. So hatten wir zumindest den Waschraum mit drei Waschmaschinen und drei Trocknern gefunden. Ein paar mehr Fahrradständer wären klasse, denn einen Kellerraum gibt es NICHT zur Wohnung. Es wurde sehr eng.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das ein- und auschecken ist super geregelt. Wenn man auf dem Balkon steht schaut man leider auf eine Wand, der Blick zum Wasser ist zum größten Teil versperrt.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Fotos sind leider nicht aktuell, das Inventar hat sich bei einigen Sachen geändert, aber trotzdem immernoch gemütlich. Die Lage ist Top, aber man sollte erwähnen, das sich die Wohnung in einem Riesen Komplex mit über 100 Ferienwohnungen befindet. Leider sind die Wände und Decken nicht sehr dick. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, dafür sind wir ihnen immernoch sehr dankbar. (Hatten uns versehentlich ausgesperrt)

Die Wohnung war sehr hochwertig aufgebaut und ausgestattet. Optimal gelegen für Spaziergänge und Unternehmungen in Grömitz. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise war sehr gut vorbereitet. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Genügend Platz war vorhanden für eine Familie. Auf dem Balkon haben alle Platz gefunden. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Eine Eigenversorgung ist ohne Probleme möglich auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus

Grömitz

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sauber und modern eingerichtet . Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten und auch die Couch sind sehr bequem (wir haben schon einiges anderes erlebt). Vom Balkon aus kann man sogar ein bisschen das Meer sehen und wir konnten jeden Abend das schöne Riesenrad bestaunen. Einziges Manko ist der enge Parkplatz wenn man ein großes Auto hat, hier merkt man das die Wohnungen etwa in den 70ern erbaut wurden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend.
