HOLIDAY APARTMENT ON THE FOREST 2

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is very quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. You go to the center in about 12-15 minutes.

EQUIPMENT:
The 50sqm, sunny 2 1/2 room apartment on 2 levels with a winter garden has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. In the bedroom on the upper level there is a double bed, in the cozy living room with flat screen TV and electric fireplace there is a kitchen and dining area for 4 people. In the adjoining open sleeping area there are sleeping facilities for 2 additional people on a pull-out double bed. The glazed loggia (winter garden) offers a view of the mountains and the garden and invites you to spend cozy hours. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:
The large garden with a large proportion of lawn can be used by guests. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. There will be a barbecue area
currently set up.

We offer a bread delivery service.

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt, verschiedene Restaurants und auch einen Bäcker. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche top ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich war begeistert vom Blick über den Harz aus dem Wintergarten und überhaupt von der ganzen Gegend. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen !Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut ruhige Lage, aber ...

...Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Etliche Wanderungen können gleich von dort starten, die Öffis halten in der Nähe. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt genau und wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt, es gibt alles, was man braucht, wenn auch etwas beengt, in den Küchenschränken. Für Kleinkinder ist ein Hochstuhl da, aber ich würde nicht mit einem Baby in der Hand die schmal gewundene Treppe hochgehen wollen.Schade, dass an den Fenstern kein Mückenschutz möglich ist,wenigstens 1pro Raum wäre praktisch.Für uns drei war die Wohnung super in Ordnung

Im Groben und Ganzen war alles okay

Es ist eine mega süße Wohnung! Kleinigkeiten sind aufgefallen, waren aber nicht schlimm -Batterie Fernbedienung war leer -Lampe im Flur war defekt -Fenster im Wintergarten war undicht - Das Schlafzimmer knackt sehr laut beim Betreten und man bräuchte bestimmr noch 2 Steckdosen mehr Um was zu Unternehmen,musste man immer ungefähr eine Stunde Auto fahren Sonst seeehr schön dort !!

kurz und gut

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Übergabe mit der netten Hausverwalterin unkompliziert. Die Aussicht vom überdachten Balkon haben wir sehr genossen, die Wendeltreppe ins Schlafzimmer war ein bisschen eng. Es hat alles gepasst, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und in einen ordentlichen Zustand. Der Brötchenlieferservice hat super geklappt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war sehr schön. Ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen.

Super Wohnung

Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation verlief flott und reibungslos, die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht vom Topf, Geschirr, Gewürzen, Kaffee bis hin zum Toilettenpapier. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man startet zum Wandern vor der Haustür. Nette Städtchen sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Brocken ist ein tolles Wanderziel für eine Tagestour, mit etwas Kondition gut ab der Wohnung zu schaffen, sonst fährt man halt ein Stück näher ran ;-). Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit gerne wieder!
