Nice location and clean and comfortable

Nice and quite town. Great location. Very close to S Bahn train for easy access to Frankfurt. Theresia is a wonderful host. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again.

Great vacation home!

My friends and I stayed in this vacation home for four days and we thought it was perfect. Located in the village of Rodgau, it is a only short metro away from Frankfurt central. Rodgau itself is quaint and has its own selection of restaurants which were perfect for us. The owner of the vacation rental made sure that we were well looked after and had everything we needed. Would 10/10 recommend!

The house is only two minutes from the train stop. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and grocery store are all within walking distance. Frankfurt is a half hour away by train.

Vacation

This property was the best of all that we booked for our vacation. Very clean, huge, quiet, cheap for its size and own parking space. Grocery shopping, S-Bahn, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. No washing machine and about the laundromat I can't comment since didn't had to wash. Frankfurt about 20 minutes with S-Bahn away. AND the landlord the FRIENDLIEST and nicest person ever!! Would recommend this place with an A+!!

Nice break from busy Frankfurt

The apartment is in an old farmhouse, comfortably updated. We were looking for something a littler quieter after long days of sightseeing in Frankfurter. This fit the bill. It should be noted that the train trip into town is a solid half hour, and was a little longer than we thought ideal. Nonetheless we were comfortable, slept well, enjoyed the church bells, and were able to prepare simple meals in the kitchen.

A nicely clean, modern first floor flat in a slightly ramshackle 1860s timber framed former farm house (with period features in the yard), under its weathered plaster, perfectly located at a 30 Euro Uber from Frankfurt Airport , literally next to the town square -the Parish church is almost in the back garden (word of warning for light sleepers , the church chimes every quarter of an hour even during the night and if you have the double glazing open you will hear it). It was absolutely perfect for us who were looking to return to the Germany and Rodgau of our youths (my Frau comes from the next village along and we married at the town hall opposite the house) and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Such old German houses keep the heat out in summer and the warmth in in Winter, we could sit inside in 35C heat outside without a fan or A/C, although I suspect if we had asked the Landlady for a fan she would have provided one-she is that sort of Old School delightful German Lady, Mrs W., for whom her guests' "Wohlergehen" ("feeling good") is the single most important thing and at a price well below what others would charge. I can't rate our stay highly enough. Another word of warning for those who don't know Germany, E-scooters are now everywhere-usually with two teenagers on each one so it isn't just cyclists you have to watch out on the pavements or road.

Wir waren zur kleinen Auszeit in Offenbach. Frau Wölfle hatt uns bei der Anreise Herzlich Willkommen geheissen.Uns die Wohnung gezeigt.Es war sofort ein Gefühl hier sind wir richtig. Kurz Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und hell. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Würden die Wohnung auch gerne wieder nehmen.

Die "dünne" Türe ist eine Verbindungstüre zwischen beiden Schlafzimmern, die auch bei Bedarf geöffnet werden könnte. Sie besteht aus einer Fichtenholzprofiltüre und hat auf der Gegenseite im anderen Raum eine tapezierte Spanverkleidung mit Hohlraumisolierung.. Bei einer Fachwerkhaus-Wohnung begibt man sich nicht unbedingt in eine schallisolierte Tonstudioatmosphäre oder gedämpfte Luxushotelatmosphäre. Möglicherweise standen sonst alle Türen der Wohnung offen, um Eigengeräusche eindämmen zu können. Der gute Kontakt hätte bei Kenntnis vielleicht Abhilfe schaffen können.

Schöne mitten im Ort in ruhiger Lage und in passender Nähe zum Bahnhof, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Gastronomie gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem Altbau mit ruhigem Balkon. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub ....

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sauber, gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür macht das Ganze komplett. Bäcker, Eisdiele, Lokale und ein (richtiger) Metzger sind in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eigentlich auch nur um die Ecke. Der Ort und die Umgebung laden zum Spazieren und Erkunden ein. Frankfurt und Umgebung mit Zoos und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wiederkommen. Auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin für die schöne Zeit bei ihnen. Viele liebe Grüße aus Velbert
