Sparkling clean and has everything

The house is very modern looking, everything worked well and well stocked. The kids loved the foosball table and small golf putting area. The manager was immediately responsive in emails before stay and access was very easy.

Great Property Close to Homestead Raceway

Perfect Vacation Rental for a Family

We stayed here with two young children and absolutely loved all the property had to offer. This isn't just a hotel or a simple home to go back to after a day of activities on vacation. We all, especially our kids, loved being back at the home and having fun there. The kids ride the bikes around, played mini gold, foosball, and other activities. They loved that they could watch TV outside on the patio. You can tell that attention was put into giving guests a lot of options to have fun. The boat was great at communicating with us before and during our trip and very responsive. We would 100% stay here again.

Home away from home

It was immaculate clean. The perfect location not far from stores or turnpike to get you back to airport. It was well stocked for supplies you would need during your stay. The neighborhood was pleasant. It is definitely a home away home. I really enjoyed my stay. Host was great with communication!

Bright and open spaces. Great communication with Guillermo. Easy access door pin pad. A bit of city noise on Saturday night, but a quick 15-20 drive to restaurants, supermarket and Cauley Square.

Wish I had booked a longer stay!

This was a perfect stay in Homestead, everything was easy, the place was clean and had stocked cabinets for cooking, supplies for coffee, etc. The host supplied dishwasher pods, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and the closets have whatever you forgot (shampoo, sunscreen...) The house is beautifully decorated and in great condition, the couches, beds and pillows were SO comfortable, there are plenty of extra chargers, all the little conveniences. The neighborhood was safe (friendly neighbors' kids waved to my kids) and easy to navigate, seems very rural, yet go through a couple stop signs or a light and you have access to lots of groceries and restaurants. The host is so thoughtful and thorough that we did not need to contact him after receiving our check-in code (which was the last 4 digits of my phone number so I didn't have to memorize anything extra).

A Haven in Homestead

Over a year ago we reserved this lovely home and had to reschedule due to Hurricane Ian. This home was worth the wait. Central to all points of interest, easily accessible and in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Guillermo, was an absolute delight. The home is immaculately clean and the host is attentive and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend staying here, or at any property that is hosted by Guillermo. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

A lovely home for large group or family

We are a family of 5 adults who stayed here to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday right before we leave from miami on a cruise. The house is awesome, in a nice neighborhood and has everything you need, and more. We had a great time and the host was awesome too communicating throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back if i am ever in miami again. Thanks so much for having us look forward to coming back again one day!!!

Clean space. The gate is loud so we worried about waking the host when we came.in late. There isn't a closet.

Insgesamt zu laut .....

Insgesamt war das Haus sauber. Küche und Inventar sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. In der Besteckschublade waren noch die Krümel der Vorbenutzer...Hat man das Sofa verrückt, war es eklig darunter. Waschmaschine ging nur ein Programm, sonst lief das Wasser raus. Badezimmer gingen so. Der Esstisch ist zu klein zu den Mahlzeiten für eine 6-köpfige Familie. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und abwechslungsreich. Sobald man sich im Außenbereich aufhält, Hundegebell rundherum sehr störend. Abends sehr laute Musik/Partys in/aus den Nachbarhäusern. Wasserrechnung hatte der Vermieter nicht bezahlt, innerhalb einer Stunde sollte uns das Wasser abgedreht werden. Wir mussten den Vermieter kontaktieren und uns drum kümmern das er bezahlt. So etwas muß nicht sein.... Meine Familie und ich, fühlten uns nicht sehr sicher in dieser Gegend.

Great rental!

We rented this property because of its location for visiting Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park. It was perfect! We had plenty of room, the outside area was great and Guillermo left it well stocked with things we might need. My husband especially loved the espresso machine!

Great time had by all

The house was very modern and clean. Loved the owner's attention to detail in the labeling of item locations and directions. Felt very safe with the cameras around the property. We were in town for a 5k race and the location was spot on. Despite some issues with the hot tub he went above and beyond to correct them immediately. Even sent us a pizza for the inconvenience to apologize! Guillermo was an excellent host and even arranged the expedited return of a forgotten bag to a guest. Will definitely be back if the opportunity arises. 5 star all the way!

Modern townhouse

Had such a wonderful stay. Place is updated, very modern and clean. Stayed 6 weeks and already booked our next 6 week stay here. Guillermo was super accommodating and quick to answer any questions, as there were no concerns to address. I highly recommend you stay at this beautiful home. Can’t wait to be back!
