Everything went very well. I enjoyed the cleanliness and good working ac. felt like coming home after fishing which is a nice feeling when your in a different place. and there was adequate space to park my dually and my boat.

We really enjoyed our staying in this home. There were seven of us so the ample kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms made for a great stay. We also made use of the barbecue grill and hot tub in the backyard while the kids loved the mini golf and video games.

Very clean house - great location for access to Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. Kitchen worked fine for all the meals we cooked there. Comfortable temperature throughout the house - made for great sleeping.

Perfect spot! We used it as a base to explore the national parks (Biscaybe and Everglades) and it was perfectly located. Super clean with modern appliances, really loved the shower in the master bathroom too! Some lovely welcome gifts upon arrival. Kids loved the back space! Will definitely stay again.

Maybe a boutique style isn't my cup of tea! The bathrooms are beautiful but were not practical for 4 adults and 2 teenagers who all wanted to shower and not use a soaker tub. The listing was a little off base as it did say 3 bedrooms in the title but then mentioned 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. While it could sleep 8, one room had a double bed and bunk beds. The location worked out well for us though. We didn't do any cooking but looked like the kitchen was well stocked.

Great central location in quiet neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the many amenities the home offered. The location to made accessing local national parks effortless, as well as any travel through Homestead/Miami. Plenty of space for the family to spread out.

The house is very modern looking, everything worked well and well stocked. The kids loved the foosball table and small golf putting area. The manager was immediately responsive in emails before stay and access was very easy.

Home away from home

It was immaculate clean. The perfect location not far from stores or turnpike to get you back to airport. It was well stocked for supplies you would need during your stay. The neighborhood was pleasant. It is definitely a home away home. I really enjoyed my stay. Host was great with communication!

A lovely home for large group or family

We are a family of 5 adults who stayed here to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday right before we leave from miami on a cruise. The house is awesome, in a nice neighborhood and has everything you need, and more. We had a great time and the host was awesome too communicating throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back if i am ever in miami again. Thanks so much for having us look forward to coming back again one day!!!

We stay in vacation rentals every year. This home can be highly rated for cleanliness and location that is convenient to many south Florida attractions. There were plenty of towels and even a small cooler and beach towels. The kitchen is decently stocked, but there is no ice maker, just two ice trays…making it hard to make use of a cooler. The owner was responsive, but there seemed to be a language barrier. For example, the living room tv wouldn’t work. They advised us to choose a certain HDMI even though I said I had done that. After unplugging it and plugging it back in, it worked. However, then we discovered there was no remote. The remote present in the living room was labeled patio, which we returned to the patio. The owner did not seem to understand there was no remote present for the living room, just said they were not interchangeable. It was an “ok” place. Would I recommend it? Probably not. It felt a little more like someone’s “camp” than a “boutique” style home, with whatever linens could be found to fit all the beds. The pillows for the extra rooms were so flat, no one slept well. The master room’s pillows did not have pillow cases, but decorative shams. The couch isn’t really comfortable for a family of 5 to lounge and visit. It wasn’t terrible by any means. But would I rent again? No.
