Single-family house "Zakątek Ventus I". In a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced), meadow. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system. Motor access to the grounds (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 600 m, restaurant, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 3 km. Riding stable 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Dołgie Duże 2.5 km, Łebsko 8 km, Gardno. Please note: fishing [permit required]. An ideal starting point: the Czołpino lighthouse, the Skansen Słowińska Village in Kluki, the Museum of the Sowiński National Park, the Czołpińska dune, canoeing on the Łupawa River, an international bicycle path, viewpoints on Łebsko Lake, Dołgie Małe and on the Rowokół mountain. The house is located in the buffer zone of the national park - there are designated routes for walking with dogs. Dogs are not allowed to the beach.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Open living/dining room 25 m2 with 2 double sofabeds (145 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Open kitchen 8 m2 (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Boiler (100 litres). Top floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 2 french beds (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 16 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating, wood heating. Large terrace 30 m2, roofed. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
