About this property

Romantic private house with sauna and steam bath

The house is tastefully decorated, in line with the historic value, combined with modern comfort.
It is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature, peace and relaxation (spa) in an authentic atmosphere.

This cozy, stylish holiday home, "Lutje Hoeske" located in Tinallinge, a lovely little "Terp" (a sort of artificial hill) village on the impressive Groninger country.
Tinallinge is a unique hill-village of 20 houses and farms, grouped around the old church, timeless and green, nestled in peace.

Since we bought the former workhouse in the 1990s, it has been completely restored, where we have carefully preserved the authentic exterior.
Also inside there are many ancient elements.

The ground floor has a living room (with double sofa bed); a dining-corner; a historic, but fully equipped kitchen; and a nostalgic bathroom with antique bathtub, sauna and Turkish bath and a separate toilet.

Upstairs there is a spacious romantic double bedroom.

Peaceful place in tiny village, close to transportation

Lutje Hoeske was lovely! The little courtyard and the flowers surrounding it were so beautiful. The home is exactly as pictured and was a comfortable place for me. Annette gave me the information for the bicycle shop in Baflo, which was within walking distance. With a bike, the Baflo train station is only five minutes away. I enjoyed the church bells (and sometimes organ practice!), chickens in the courtyard, peacefulness of surrounding farms. The spa-like tub, shower, and sauna were a nice addition to my stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Ferien im Lutjehoeske

Ruhiges uriges und im Landhausstil eingerichtetes Häuschen. Besonders geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Groningen ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Bus oder Bahn. Selbst mit dem Auto ist man schnell am PR-Parkplatz in Groningen.

Hübsche Unterkunft

Sehr ruhig , für ruhesuchende genau das richtige. Das Haus in Tinallinge ist für 2 Personen zu empfehlen . Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag braucht . Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Baflo , etwa 1km , in dem man alles findet . Kulinarisch muss man jedoch etwas weiterfahren. Groningen ist die erste Adresse.

Leuk huisje, met heerlijke sauna. Prima uitvalsbasis om Groningen te ontdekken. Minpuntjes: Geen contact of navraag vanuit verhuurster of alles naar wens is. In- en uitchecken via een keylock met erg simpele code. Parkeren is niet op of bij eigen terrein maar aan de straat, zoals geselecteerd via de filter functie van VRBO. Het interieur is wel een beetje sleets. 2 handdoeken pp. voor een verblijf van een week is wel erg weinig

Mietobjekt, Umgebung und Menschen waren einfach wunderbar! Ein wirklich perfekter Ort um in diesen Zeiten zur Ruhe zu kommen :) Spazieren gehen, Fahrrad fahren, Bücher verschlingen und einfach mal die Seele "baumeln" lassen. P.S. Die Sauna hat uns auch sehr gut getan! Danke Anette :)

Tot rust komen in een sfeervol huisje

't Lutje Hoeske ligt in het schitterende terpdorpje Tinallinge vlak bij het mooiste dorp van Nederland, Winsum. Het huisje beviel ons erg goed, gezellig ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De sauna werkt perfect, snel op temperatuur en erg ruim. Hier hebben we dan ook veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ondanks de stormen die over Nederland trokken toen we hier verbleven toch nog kunnen wandelen en de stad Groningen bezocht. Al met al een fijne korte vakantie op het Groningse platteland.

Magical Cottage

We stayed at this property in 2016 and loved it so much we came back when we visited the Netherlands in 2019. We love the location and setting. We especially enjoyed the Sauna and clawfoot bathtub. Annette was a pleasure to deal with.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem zauberhaften, mit so viel Liebe eingerichteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Es ist richtig schwierig zu sagen , ob es drinnen oder draussen schöner ist .... Dank den super Tipps der Vermieterin konnten wir viele schöne Sachen in und um Groningen entdecken. Diese wunderschöne Ferienwoche wir für immer einen Platz in unserem Herzen haben ....!

idyllisches abgelegenes haus zum entspannen und runter kommen

tolles haus. alles super. nur drei kleine Kritikpunkte: 1. Backofen haben wir ziemlich vermisst. 2. in der beschreibung heißt es zwei Schlafzimmer. es gibt aber nur ein schlafzimmer und ein wohnzimmer. bei der suche nach einem Ferienhaus, selektierte ich ausdrücklich nach zwei Schlafzimmern und war dann enttäuscht, dass es nur eins gibt. wenn man die hausbeschreibung genau liest, dann ergibt sich das zwar, aber ich finde die hausbeschreibung mit "2 schlafzimmern" dennoch sehr irreführend. 3. das codeschloss, dass das haus vor unbefugtem eindringen schützt bietet wirklich Null schutz (klapprig - einmal kräftig ziehen und es wäre offen, unglaublich einfache zahlenkombination). aber dass ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau - alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert

That's why we are so happy to have found our Lutje Hoeske, in the historic and very special little village of Tinallinge.
We love to be here, but also enjoy making great sailing tours, where we engulf ourselves in far views and complete silence.

Why they chose this property

The Lutje Hoeske is one of a kind, because it combines modern luxury, Wellness, privacy and peacefulness in the historical setting of an old monument. Two ages ago this house was builded by the church to house families which needed financial help. Now it is a comfortable and inviting place in the beautiful, historical small village of Tinallinge, which is surrounded by the great nature of the old Groninger Hoogeland with its far views.
