Spacious apartment in a historic villa with two bedrooms.

The villa is located near the river Elbe and the Schillerplatz. The city center of Dresden is about 6km away and easy to reach by car or tram. Over the nearby Elbe Cycle Path you can discover Pillnitz Castle or drive to the city center. In the area, which consists mainly of historic houses, there are many shops and restaurants. At the Schillerplatz, which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot you will find everything you need. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a former 1-family villa. There are two large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and balcony and a conservatory overlooking the Elbe slope.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in altem Stil

Blasewitz ist ein sehr schöner Stadtteil, mit vielen Lokalen und Biergärten. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Dresden Zentrum, alles landschaftlich schön am Elbradweg. Uns hat es gefallen.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Rainer was always available to answer to our needs. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old house. Easy to get to bus or train. rooms a really large and we appreciated the space and the high ceilings. I would totally recommend this place.
