Logement très propre pour 2 personnes. Parfaitement équipé donc confortable. Petit bémol: éclairage peu intense dans la pièce principale et kitchenette. Résidence très calme. Tout est pratique (parking, accès, poubelles, etc...) Piscine agréable et très bien entretenue. Appartement situé côté soleil le matin et ombre dès le début de l’après-midi (fin août). Voiture indispensable. Mer à plus de 25mn à pied, un lieu facile pour rejoindre les routes principales. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

triste fin de séjour

1er jour à la piscine, on nous invite à regarder dans les filtres de la piscine, on a vu 2 crapuds morts et un mulot bouffi . Ils sont là depuis un moment nous disent-ils!!!A part celà, le séjour s'est relativement bien passé, C'est effectivement un lieu calme. Pornic une commune sympatique et agréable. Mais la fin de séjour s'est mal terminé, au moment de rendre les clés. Cette personne voulait que je rende l'appartement à l'identique ! Mais elle a été très désagréable, en me disant que le ménage avait été fait de façon sauvage!!!! Ce n''est pas mon habitude de me faire insulter de la sorte. Son but étant, depuis le départ de prendre sur la caution pour faire le ménage par des professionnels. Un conseil, visitez Pornic mais pas dans cette location

Bonjour, II est regrettable que vous ne nous ayez pas alerté dès le premier jour du problème rencontré à la piscine. En effet, nous aurions pu informer le syndic en charge de l'entretien de la copropriété afin de régler ce désagrément commun à l'ensemble des appartements de la résidence. Concernant la fin de votre séjour, vous n'aviez pas pris le forfait ménage proposé et, comme indiqué dans l'annonce et le contrat de location que vous avez signé, il vous appartenait donc de rendre l'appartement dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée c'est-à-dire propre et sans dégradation sur le mobilier. Nous sommes tout de même contents que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à la découverte de Pornic.

Un appartement calme et bien situé

Une belle découverte pour un séjour improvisé à Pornic. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et joliment arrangé. La résidence est située à 2 pas du golf, à 3 minutes du Super U et à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Très bon accueil et contact facile. Je reviendrai à une saison plus clémente pour profiter de la piscine.
