This friendly gated community in Silverado Ranch is located 10 miles from the strip, and 7 miles to the airport. Large size bedroom with walk-in closet and full-size bathroom with tub and shower. Open kitchen with stove, microwave, and all appliances including laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The community offers many amenities such as two pools, a hot tub, a gym, bbq area, and a clubhouse. Conveniently located near lots of shopping centers like Target, Walmart, and Trader Joe's within 5 mins drive from the condo. Some of the best restaurants Nevada has to offer including, beautiful walking parks, golf courses, and much more. Best suited for extended stays, working professionals, business staff, temporary stay while moving, snowbirds, extended vacations, new residents moving to Nevada, and even for long-term rentals.

Excellent Stay!

The owner of this condo is so accomodating! I rented his init for 2 months. Anytime I had a question or concern he'd respond immediatley. The kitchen & bathroom were well stocked unlike many other units I've stayed in. I'd rent this place again without question on my next visit to Vegas!
