The modern furnished 2-room apartment tern is located on the second floor of the residence Haus Meeresblick. Enjoy this wonderfully direct beach location and the side sea view over the dunes with the pine groves. The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

The Ferienwohnung Seeschwalbe has a combined living and dining area with a harmoniously integrated kitchenette. A comfortable sofa to relax in, as well as a TV, a radio and free Wi-Fi are of course available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. From your balcony you can enjoy a side sea view and look over the dunes and through the pine groves to the sea. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A private, free parking space is located in the garage of the house. From here you can take the lift to your apartment.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
