Sehr nette Gastgeberin, tolle Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und ein neuer anstrich täte ihr gut. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

gute Mittelklasse

Wohnung liegt zentral, Bad und Küche schon sehr abgewohnt und Putzdienst war dringend vor Benutzung angesagt. Für Kurzurlaub aber ideal aufgrund der zentralen Lage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Vermieterin sehr nett.

Zur Übernachtung gut geeignet

Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Eine flexible Anreise ist möglich. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem ich aber selbst Hand angelegt hatte, konnte die Kaffeemaschine, Besteck und Geschirr ohne Ekel von uns benutzt werden. Auch der Nachttisch ist nun vom Staub des letzten Jahres befreit und die Abdrücke der Gläser unserer Vorgänger auf dem Couchtisch gehören der Vergangenheit an. Alles in allem ist die Fewo zur Übernachtung gut geeignet. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist vor allem das Badezimmer, aber das ist keinesfalls Punktabzug wert, wenn es denn in den Schränken auch sauber wäre. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Stralsund ist grandios. Vor allem abends. Wir würden wieder kommen, da der Preis in der heutigen Zeit noch human ist.

Alles was man braucht

Flexible An- und Abreise, sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Platz sogar ausreichend für 5 Personen. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
