Recently completely renovated and decorated, this Villa is ideal for 8 to 10 people wishing to spend a holiday in a chic and cosy environment. The panoramic view of the bay of Santa Giulia, the coast of Sardinia, the Lezza golf club and the surrounding mountains is mesmerising.
Its air-conditioned living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun. Sit on the sofa to watch a film, or use the wifi connection.
You can prepare delicious recipes in the Hi-Tech kitchen, then enjoy them around one of the dining tables, on the main terrace enjoying the view of the pool and the sea, or in the shade of the Pool-house.
The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (double bed 160), all with sea view. 2 of them are master suites with TV, bathroom and toilet.
Cleaning, Sheets and towels, tourist taxes are included.
The 4 bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in showers, a vanity and illuminated mirror.

Très belle maison, bien agencée et équipée ! L’emplacement, proche de la plage de Santa Guilia, est idéal. À noter un service sans faille d’Elodie de la conciergerie : sympathique, réactive et efficace !
