Come discover the town of Collioure through this beautiful duplex master apartment located just a few meters from the sea, in the heart of the historic center.

Located on the 3rd floor of a small building with direct access to shops, you will appreciate the peace and quiet of this property. Just 20 meters from Boramar Beach and its famous church bell tower.

Sleeping 4 people, this apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which is an alcove, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, a beautiful terrace offers breathtaking views of the rooftops of Collioure.

PLEASE NOTE: Access to the apartment is via very steep stairs; young children and the elderly should avoid this property.

Bonjour 5 jours pas top de nos vacances.Nous adorons Collioure. Appartement pas très propre avec des tapis plein de poussière.Une montée de marches dans le noir complet sans lumière au 3 ème étage et très étroit.Je ne conseillerais pas cette appartement.Cage d’escalier insalubre !!!
