Welcome to Beachy Dreams! Make yourself at home in our beautiful one-bedroom condo on the 12th floor in the Origin at Seahaven Resort! You'll find yourself just steps away from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! The unique location provides picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay.

Your stay at Beachy Dreams include two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella rental ($40/day value) during the season which typically runs March 15-Oct 31, but is dependent on the provider . These are provided by FunPCB.com and are conveniently located at the kiosk at the beach access for Origin Resort.

If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors without venturing to the beach, Origin Resort features a unique 4th floor pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is heated during the cooler seasons. A hot tub is also available on the 4th floor pool deck.

Our condo, "Beachy Dreams", features a spacious living area with a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise each morning. You'll also find a full kitchen, equipped with all you might need for dining in...or take a quick walk across the street to world-famous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to enjoy a meal. You're also across the street from Senor Frogs, a popular Mexican restaurant, a short walk from Runaway Island, for more upscale dining, and Barefoot Hide-A-Way Bar & Grill.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of fun at the beach, or shopping. Did we mention that Pier Park is less than a mile away? Pier Park is a tourist destination that features the Russell-Fields Pier, many restaurants, and a variety of shopping options.

The living room set up provides for spectacular views of PCB and West Bay. The sofa is a sofa/sleeper, which allows for 4 to sleep comfortably in the condo.

After a long day at the beach, relax on the 15th floor observation deck as you take in the spectacular sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Origin at Seahaven also features a fitness center , on-site market and restaurant, and a movie theater!

We went to PCB for a baseball tournament and Beachy Dreams turned out to be the perfect place to stay. We where close to both ball fields. Beachy Dreams was very comfortable for my husband and myself. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool was enjoyable, and walking to the restaurants and Pier park was nice.

Why they chose this property

When we first viewed this property we fell in love with it. We are self-described "beach snobs" and always vowed to stay directly on the beach, not across the street. However, this unit provides a unique perspective of PCB. Not only do you get the beach views, you also can view West Bay and all the happenings on Front Beach Road.

We love the beachy colors and the feel of the condo unit. It's big enough to spread out but still has a very cozy feeling.

The many windows provide more natural light than many of the other condos in Panama City Beach.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique features of the Origin Condos is that it's a resort style building with interior hallways and entry doors, which provides an extra level of security to our guests.

The pool being on the 4th floor provides unique Gulf views while swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying the hot tub.

We also love it's close proximity to Pier Park, Runaway Island, and World Famous Sharky's.
