MAIN LEVEL
Open concept floorplan with a massive kitchen island that seats 6 plus a LARGE dining table that sits 12 (new!). A 75" ROKU tv above the fireplace can be watched from anywhere in this space. We do not have cable but we have ROKU so you can log in with your own account. A separate full-size bathroom is also located on this floor.

On this floor there's a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary renter must be 25 or older to book this property. You will receive a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to e-sign and we require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license. Please make sure all members of your group read the agreement as well.

BUGS AND CRITTERS
Pine Ridge Lodge is a log cabin in the woods and although we have a pest control service that sprays monthly, you might see bugs on occasion. On rainy days especially it's common to see millipedes trying to find refuge indoors. You may see bears, snakes, spiders, scorpions, and other wild woodland creatures during your visit - never leave food or trash outside, and watch your step!

AMENITIES PROVIDED
We provide a starter set of kitchen amenities for you to get settled in until you go grocery shopping. Dishwashing pods, trash liners, etc are provided to cover your first few nights. We provide bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body, hand soap as well as dish soap and sponge. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. We don't provide glass bakeware, ziplocks, foil, Tupperware, cooking supplies etc however, we have salt, sugar, and a basic set of spices available. BYO coffee and charcoal. One dish towel and one dishcloth are provided by our cleaning team.

Grocery stores are less than 3 miles away (Publix, Kroger, Food City). We're close enough you can have Instacart or Uber Eats delivered to your door!

Please note that the cabin is not fenced in. NO PETS. $250 per pet will be charged to your reservation if you sneak in any animal. NO SMOKING of any kind indoors. $250 will be charged if evidence of smoke is found. Max of 12 including children. If you exceed our limit your reservation will be canceled without refund and you will be asked to leave. Reservation must have the correct number of guests, which can be amended prior to your arrival. Gas fireplace from mid-October to April. Please do not move furniture. it's always recommended to drive an AWD vehicle in adverse weather conditions in the mountains. There are no refunds due to weather, natural disasters, or power outages. You must purchase travel insurance if you need to cancel for any reason. Do not lean or hang on railings. Please do not attempt to drain or refill the hot tub during your stay. Tampering with the mechanical panel is strictly prohibited. Hammock chairs have a 200lb limit and are not always guaranteed. We have an overhead security camera facing the driveway and a doorbell camera on both door entrances.

FIREPIT
• Firepit use is prohibited in windy conditions and fire must not exceed 18" tall from the ground. Must not use lighter fluid and NEVER burn anything other than firewood.
• BYO firewood
• Preventing Wildfires. Fire must be FULLY EXTINGUISHED before leaving the firepit area. There's a hose available. Never leave the area unattended.

MOUNTAIN VIEW
There are no mountain views at this cabin. The cabin has wooded views and although you can see the road from the upper-level deck at the end of the driveaway, there are no visible neighbors. The cabin sits back from the road at the end of a long curved driveway so it feels secluded and private but you will see cars every now and then when you're on the front porch and when enjoying the firepit on the side of the property.

We have 600MBPS of wifi speed! Please do not unplug router.

CELL SIGNAL
We have good cell signal on the property but that varies from provider to provider.
