-1 with 2 beds (80cm) side by side
-1 with 2 beds (80cm) trundle (possibility to store 1 bed to put a cot)
1 shower room (dedicated to the 2 bedrooms) -
1 WC Separate (with washing machine)
1"living area" with corner sofa and TV open kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped:

A car can be parked next to the mobile home, (in the outdoor car park (free) you have 4 electric charging stations (Please note that charging is forbidden in the mobile homes).

ATTENTION: The PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE ACTIVITIES (children's club and evening) AND THE SWIMMING POOL.
In order to access the campsite's activities (and in particular the swimming pool), you will need a Fun Pass.(To be purchased on the SIBLU website(- 20% if purchased before stay)
(2 adult fun passes offered for any stay of 15 days or more in summer)

Rules and deposit:
-- Deposit 30 % at the time of booking and the balance 1 month before stay
-- A deposit (cheque 800 € not cashed except for damage for the furniture of the mobile home).
-- End-of-stay cleaning fee 70€ (carried out by a third party)
Please note that if the external intervener finds the accommodation too dirty, the costs of restoring the accommodation to a clean condition will be charged.

Water, electricity and gas are included in the rental (standard use, no electric charging of vehicles).
the price does not include tourist taxes (approximately 0.70€ / person/day).

The campsite is 1500 m from the beach and all amenities (bar, restaurants, ice cream parlour,, casino, pharmacy, shops).

Things to do in the surrounding area: 25 km of beaches to the lighthouse of La Coubre: places very popular with surfers!

The Charente islands: the island of Oléron, the Ile de Ré, the Ile Madame or the Ile d'Aix.
Boat trip to visit them (in season).
The region is famous for its pineau, cognac, oysters from the Marennes Oléron basin.
