Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all linens on the beds. Pull off the comforter on the beds you have used so the cleaners will know what to wash.
Please leave all used bath towels, hand towels, and other linens in the bathtubs.
Trash collection is on Wednesday. Please move all full trash bins to the street for collection. Recycling is every other Wednesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wednesday is Trash Day. Please move bins to the street before you check-out no matter which day of the week it is. $50 fee applied if failure to do so
Used linens stay on bed, leave used towels in bathtub. If using the hot tub, guests must follow all hot tub rules and sign the waiver.
Please be sure to manually lock the front door when you checkout after your stay using the Baldwin electronic deadbolt.

Great stay!

Best beach vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with many useful items which made packing easier. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk to the beach and close to downtown. Nicole was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions.

Cosy Cottage

The property was wonderful. Fresh and immaculately clean throughout. Excellent kitchen. Comfy beds. Lovely living rooms. Amazing location - very peaceful, but so close to all local amenities. Gorgeous beach at the end of the road. The Host has thought of everything. Our stay was perfect. Communication with Nicole was excellent.

Fantastic Falmouth Heights Location

This property has everything you need to make yourself right at home and offers a convenient half mile walk down to Falmouth Heights Beach / Shipwrecked. My family of five found it to be clean and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The giant connect four game in the yard and the hot tub were fun additions we really enjoyed. The outdoor shower wasn't working while we were there, but the kids were just as happy to get hosed off in the shower stall after playing at the beach.

Christmas in Falmouth

We so enjoyed this wonderful house! Very comfortable and well appointed....everything you would need. We had about 36 hours of show on Christmas eve, @3", and walking in town felt like a Hallmark movie. The movie " Christmas in Cape Cod" was filmed in Falmouth! 3 blocks to beach, 1 mile plus to town. Perfect location. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect place

This house was perfect in every way. Upstairs bedrooms were huge. The downstairs master was large and the bed was comfortable. The back yard was great and the kids loved the hot tub. The house had everything you will need. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a full spice rack and olive oil, all you will need is food. I grew up in Falmouth and you will have a hard time getting a better location to the Heights beach these amenities.

Perfect for our needs

This property had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great with just a short walk to the beach and close to Main Street & nearby restaurants. The house had the comforts of home and great deck and backyard for our group to relax and enjoy. Nicole was communicative and responded to our questions with detailed answers and recommendations for the area. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice home with good proximity to the bars and restaurants of Falmouth (Uber trip was $10 each way) and the beach was a5 minute walk away for walking the dog and shell hunting House was very nice with everything you would need for your stay Enjoy
