The house has 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 beds, perfect for accommodating family and friends. Bed linen and towels are included. On the ground floor you will also find A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a toilet. The house also has a beautiful wooden terrace of over 150m², ideal for relaxing outdoors or for smokers. The tasteful decor, quality materials, and excellent insulation guarantee comfort and well-being all year round, with underfloor heating for optimal comfort. Located just 15 minutes from Deauville and Villers-sur-Mer, you can enjoy the beaches and activities of the region. The house is equipped with fibre optic internet to stay connected or work remotely (multifunction printer available). Pets that are respectful of horses are welcome.
