EVAERI villa - Tranquil getaway!

EVAERI is a charming villa suitable for families or friends. A spacious 245 sq.m. suburban villa with a cosy atmosphere, 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms of which 2 with jacuzzi and 2 WC. The villa is located in a peaceful area at the eastern coast of Attica, less than 15min drive from the Athens International Airport. Enjoy the relaxing environment next to the 40sq.m. pool or discover quite places at the corners of our greenery garden. Three of the four floors are accessible by elevator.

EVAERI Villa is developed at four levels:

1st Level:
Big bedroom with Italian style shower and separate bathroom, air condition. Direct access to the swimming pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and spacious dining area with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool. Air conditioning. Guest WC.
The swimming pool with the lounge and dining area and the wooden deck is inviting you throughout the day and the night.

2nd Level:
Huge living room with fireplace, lounge area, big dining table, guest WC and air conditioning. A big veranda with nice view to the surrounding area.

3rd Level:
2 modern bedrooms with air conditioning, sharing a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tab. Each with separate balcony or veranda with sea or mountain view.

4th Level- the attic:
A huge bedroom with walk-in closet, a small fridge for water and drinks, WC, air conditioning, a huge jacuzzi and a 20sqm veranda with an unobstructed sea and mountain view.

What an amazing Villa

We had the best time and everyone from the Villa team were wonderful to deal with. They were so helpful and organised late checkout as we had a very small baby with us. They cleaned the pool every morning and the Villa is really stunning and modern. They have thought of all the little touches, we will love to go back there!

Perfect stay in Artemida

Great brand new modern house that has everything you’ll ever need from vocation Villa. Tastefully decorated with every amenity. Manager perfectly explained every detail and a booklet was helpful. Felt very secure and safe. Very well manicured little garden and great pool for kids. Great location privet but close to everything by car.

Everything was brilliant, we all felt like at home . In the villa you have everything you need and much more. Very clean , nice pool , good for small children too. The villa owner is a very nice person. We had very good time with family and friends. Thank you all for everything .

We absolutely adored our stay here! The villa is gorgeous with ample room for a large party. The property has been done to a high standard and everyone in my group of 7 enjoyed our time here. We didn’t want to leave! We didn’t rent a car and the host was so helpful in arranging a taxi service for us. I really appreciated the open communication and how seamless it was using said taxi service. I really appreciate it, we had such an amazing stay thank you so so much Stella :)

Short family stay

Villa is very clean- Stella, Lou & pool person were all brilliant - responding very quickly to any questions we had. Pool cleaned twice daily. Kitchen very well equipped- nice to sit outside & have lunch / dinner by the pool. The sun loungers also very comfortable. I would suggest heating the pool as too cold for us to enjoy in September. Need to request before as takes 3 days to heat. Very quiet area. We didn’t hire a car- as a butchers, supermarket, pharmacy & bakery 5 mins away. Perfect for friends & family - felt very spacious!
