About this property

"Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan with a loft for extra sleeping. The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and an ensuite, full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom provides a Queen Size Bed with a cushy mattress topper and a Smart TV. You will find extra sleeping in the Loft Area that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee. When the rest of the bunch arises, you can whip up some very tasty meals in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances and beautiful Granite Counter tops, and a dining table and bar stools for seating. Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool or head over to the beach using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Wonderful

I first would like to say thank you for such a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and inviting. Me and my two children really enjoyed, they enjoyed sleeping in the loft area, I will definitely be coming back to this property soon. Thank you again for everything!

Great stay at Orange Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach and Seascape condo. The condo was just as described. It was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. Everything worked perfectly. I do not have a single complaint and would stay there again on a future trip.
