"Sunshine At The Beach"- Cozy & Clean! Beach Front! 2 BR Plus Loft!

"Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan with a loft for extra sleeping. The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and an ensuite, full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom provides a Queen Size Bed with a cushy mattress topper and a Smart TV. You will find extra sleeping in the Loft Area that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee. When the rest of the bunch arises, you can whip up some very tasty meals in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances and beautiful Granite Counter tops, and a dining table and bar stools for seating.

Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool or head over to the beach using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint!

**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

We had the best time!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. The loft was super fun for the kids. Has a nice pool and right on beach. It was clean and felt like home for the week. We will be coming back!

Close to the Beach

While this property is not directly on the beach, it's a really short walk to get to the beach (3 minutes). The place was clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. The view was great, it was very relaxing to sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

Property was in a great location to stores, restaurants, and activities. The view from our condo was amazing and the room in the condo was perfect for all to have their own space. Pool was great after a long day on the beach!

The HOA does need to do some exterior refreshing. Building looks very dated and dingy on the outside. Pool area could use new furniture and signs. Would stay here again for close access to the beach and cleanliness of the inside of the condo.

Beautiful Getaway

We came out here for my son’s baseball tournament and fell in love with the area! The condo was walking distance to the beach, pool was fun for my little ones, and had beautiful weather! We would definitely come back here again.

We took a group of teenage girls down for fall break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with all the amenities we needed. The loft upstairs was perfect for the group of teenage girls to all get to stay together. We had a fantastic trip!!

Worth the stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very clean and accommodating. Before arriving we got a call there was something messed up with the garbage disposal in the room and a repair person would be by to fix it. Promptly after arriving the gentleman arrived and fixed the issue. Parking is under the condos and very narrow and tight especially if you have a large vehicle. The guests before us left many dirty dishes and pans in the cabinets which wasn't a huge deal I wash everything first anyways. The only complaint I have is the pool seating. There were 4 plastic adirondack chairs, and 3 were broken. The appeared fine but when someone would sit in them they would give way. This happened to many guests while I was at the pool. That left 4 lounge chairs and 2 tables available.There was no shade at the pool only someone's personal beach umbrella on one of the tables. Many times there would be no seating available when you went to the pool. Thats definitely a HOA issue not a reflection of the room but info someone may find useful.

Great stay at Orange Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach and Seascape condo. The condo was just as described. It was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. Everything worked perfectly. I do not have a single complaint and would stay there again on a future trip.

Fun family/ friends vacation get away

Good beach trip

This unit was exactly what the description shared. My group had a good time with the restaurant’s and bars all around 10 mins away. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and it not being super congested. The only issue we had was the last night that we got home and the water valve broke so we were not able to have a shower or brush teeth in the morning before our check out.

Close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for the location to the beach. The pool was a little outdated but it sufficed our needs. The blinds upstairs wouldn’t raise, and the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly as there was hair left in one of them and the toilet in the master bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Parking was also a very very tight squeeze and hard to get in and out with bigger vehicles.
