Nice property, very good location, mediocre appointments
The property is very nice: pool, workout facilities, rooms, etc. Location is great, just behind PH and a very short stroll to the strip. We walked to shows at Cosmopolitan and Bellagio effortlessly. We stayed in the 2 bed / 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, family room, and dining table. Our constructive feedback would be that kitchen appointments were too sparse, lacking common household kitchen items. Examples: no garbage disposal in a kitchen sink (!?), no measuring cups, no strainer, no counter top drying rack for pots, no kitchen towels (brought a bathroom towel into the kitchen to use), a coffee maker that can't brew a pot of coffee (just single cups), etc. We had intended to make use of the kitchen to cook meals before going out, but were limited.
Lastly, check-in could have been smoother. They put me on a check-in waiting list around 1pm and by 5pm, I still hadn't been notified that my room was ready. I checked at the front desk again, and they said it wasn't ready, but then when they realized I was a "friend of a member", suddenly my room was available in 3 minutes.
I'm guessing it was actually ready much eariler.
All in all, it was a good stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience further. Thank you.
