This property is divided into two parts: - The first part includes, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a toilet, and upstairs, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower) with toilet. - The second part provides access to a spacious living room with dining area and lounge, as well as a laundry room. A working fireplace provides a warm atmosphere, ideal for winter evenings. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower + bathtub) with toilet. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a garden, equipped with two dining areas (indoor and/or outdoor), as well as a barbecue. You will also enjoy a superb in-ground pool offering breathtaking views.
