About this property

There are 3 bedrooms with one office area that has a single bed in it and a trundle bed underneath. ( basically 4 bedrooms) Large master bedroom with California King, private bathroom with jetted tub and large walk-in closet. Large kitchen with two built in ovens. A full covered deck welcomes you as you approach the front door. The full kitchen and back house deck has a large grill as well as a smoker for all the trout you catch. There is free WIFI available. We have a large great room on main level with full deck overlooking lake with a another living room and rec room on the lower level with doors opening to the lake. Love being here because you are isolated with beautiful surroundings for quiet and privacy, on the lake. It’s very easy to access Branson landing and other Branson attractions if you’re wanting to “play” or be entertained. We also have plenty of books and reading material, as well as local TV with Netflix movies and other internet move services if you want to hibernate and escape from the “real world” for a relaxing getaway.

Annual New Years Trip

We selected this home based on the fact it was lake side with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as the men went fishing and the ladies shopping. The home was larger than it looked in the pictures and very comfortable for 3 couples or more. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. Shopping was very close and easy to get to. Men caught fish everyday and limited out 2 of the days. Bob and Sue were great to work with and very prompt with responses even offered suggestions on the area.

Cozy home close to Branson Attractions

Sue and Bob were great! The house is so cozy! It’s was perfect for our family that is used to country life. Had our own backyard and dock right on the water. Plus only minutes from Branson landing and the other attractions on the strip.

Love this Lake Life Hideaway

Private and Comfy place off the beaten path. So much room to spread out and enjoy the views. Really love the attention to detail. Get ready for relaxing fun on the lake.

We are from Oklahoma and love the out doors, outdoor actives, and wildlife. We enjoy being on the water that brings peace and relaxation.

Why they chose this property

My sister and her husband bought this house 20 years ago and enlarged it with a modern look with large great room and large game room downstairs with full size pool table. They had impeccable style with their remodeling and in their decorations as well. They used it as a vacation home. When they decided to downsize they offered it to me to buy. I did. We us it for a vacation house and Vrbo.

What makes this property unique

Great trout fishing and boating on the lake! One of our favorite things to do is to slowly boat down the lake viewing the lake shore, wildlife, and waterfalls. Plus, docking at Branson landing to get something to eat at their fine restaurants. If you want to rent a boat we would recommend Lily's Landing and Trout resort. They have 38 boats of all sizes to choose from. The owner is an expert trout fisherman and 2 years age one of his clients caught a 40+ brown trout just up stream from our house. It was a new state record!
