We are so glad this guest enjoyed the home - it is a great location with top amenities. We are wondering if this guest had incorrect contact info. We provide an 800 number, 2 phones to text or call and we have an interactive system with the VRBO dashboard. All communication is quick and easy and within minutes typically. Future guests if you don't get a quick response please try again, this is not our typical response (please check other reviews).

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house 3rd small bedroom really needs a new mattress. Other bedrooms were good. Was clean but would feel better if the windows were washed sometime The fire pit was great. Take ingredients for s’mores. We forgot. Overall I would recommend this house.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

A Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at the Cogan Drive property. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space but the common areas also made it easy for us all to be together. We had one small issue while we were there and the property manager was quick to respond and ensured that it was taken care of. The location close to the Owners Club was great as well too. It was easy to use the facilities and they were all very nice. I would love to stay at this property again. Thank you!

Great overall experience, I would definitely consider this home again if going back to Galena! Thank you to the owners - they were professional, communicative, and the home was exactly as pictured. We had a great time. I think the best parts of the home is the easy access to walking trails and owners club (perfect for young families), and a nice location. Only 15 minutes from town. Two very minor complaints that I think the homeowner could address:(a) Some of the couches and appliances are pretty worn down and could use a refresh. The dishwasher has a warped panel that made loading / unloading a bit painful. The coaches are totally useable, but they are pretty broken down. (b) I would direct the cleaning staff to be more thorough on the toilets. They are not fully scrubbing under the seats and a bit gross. Still clean, but could just be more thorough. Otherwise, the house was clean, comfortable, and very nice to stay in. Great experience overall!

We had a fabulous stay… House was gorgeous on the outside and inside both…Hot tub and fire pit was 2 great amenities… we will definitely come back for another friends trip in the future…

Great Stay!!!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to get away. It’s fairly secluded but yet close enough to downtown galena. Had a great time. Will stay here again.
