Beautiful home!

Just needed to stay a night, but it was such a restful stay! Property was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We also had our dog with us and he LOVED the backyard. It was so big and spacious. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Perfect spot for Business trip

Only in the area for two days and found this property to work very well for my visit. The location was ideal, easy in and out and close to main road. Liked the big desk and the Wi-Fi worked well. Good beds, nice kitchen, the TV worked and was easy to use. Very attentive manager easy to work with and quick to respond. I’ll be back.

Going home

The house was well appointed. The rooms were large and airy. The owners were quick to help with a billing issue that wasn’t their fault. Best of all, i knew the original owner and it was one block from the house I grew up in.

Comfortable and quiet home

Great trip with the family. Home is very comfortable with large fenced backyard. Kitchen has everything that is needed and new appliances! Beds are very comfortable, and entire house is fresh and clean. Very walkable to Port Neches Ave. for coffee etc. Just a bit further walk to the Wheelhouse. Location is great. Also, check-in was super easy and owner very communicative. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean and New Property

This beautiful little house seems to be brand new inside and out. Everything, including linens, towels, dishes, furniture, is fresh, clean, and high quality. The beds are so comfy. Kitchen is well stocked and we especially loved the big, thick coffee cups. The back yard is big and beautiful with lots of shade from the huge oak tree. Communication with Brynne was quick and friendly. 5 Stars all the way. Thank y’all!

Great stay!

We love staying at this house! Awesome amenities, has everything you need to feel at home. Clean, quiet, huge fenced in back yard perfect for kids. The home is on a quiet street yet conveniently located in town and close to everything. (Restaurants,parks,shopping, grocery stores, entertainment etc.) Communication with the owner is prompt and concise.

Great place for a family!

This rental was perfect for us while we were in town visiting my family. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old, and there was plenty of room for us to have a really comfortable stay! Had everything we needed to cook several meals and the large dining table was so nice. The backyard is awesome! We will definitely book again when we return to SETX!

Nice place. In my opinion could use a binder for TV operation and etc.

Also there's alot of empty shelving in the living. Some more things could be added for visual comfort. Also could use some stand alone toilet paper holders. Just simple things to feel more like home. Overall very nice and very clean. Woukd recommend to friends and family. Price was awesome.
