Welcome to VillaLaFleurSonoma! Our home sits on 300 feet of Sonoma Creek frontage and is surrounded by a stone wall gated circular driveway for your privacy. The creek is spring fed at the top of Sugarloaf Park two miles up the road and runs year-round, providing a serene and peaceful environment. Our home is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a 16' x 33' solar/propane heated pool and a child-safe automatic cover. There's a $900 fee to heat the pool in winter so it's for stays of 4 or more nights. For shorter stays we offer complimentary Main Pool day passes to the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. The pool is surrounded by 2250 sq ft of Brazilian Ipe wood decking, a HotSpring hot tub, and a 12' x 12' resort cabana with comfortable seating. You can also relax in our 8' hammock cube or ten single chaise lounges with market umbrellas. Enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends at our large concrete outdoor dining table that seats eight+, with a 36'' KitchenAid stainless gas grill and Ooni 16" pizza oven. Yamaha outdoor speakers supply your music for swimming and dining via an iPhone connection or portable Bose.

Featuring three king bedroom suites, two with private bathrooms, and a third separate bathroom with a two-person tub and shower. All suites have W Hotel pillow-top mattresses, down duvets, blankets, Ralph Lauren 500TC cotton linens, and robes. The primary bath has a steam shower and two-person WetStyle soaking tub overlooking the creek. We have Aveda Shampure shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms.

The main floors are wide white-washed oak, and all baths are light Italian limestone. There's a 65" Sony Smart TV in the living room, the primary bedroom has a 65" Sony Smart TV, and the other two bedrooms have 55'' and 50'' Sony Smart TVs all on the XFinity 1200 Mbps super-fast internet for streaming. There's a remote control gas fireplace in the master bedroom. For keeping cool in summer, all the rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

There's stainless KitchenAid chef's kitchen with concrete counters, island sink, and a 6-burner Aga Legacy gas range. You'll have plenty of space in the 42" built-in counter-depth fridge and separate under-counter wine fridge. For coffee, we've added a coffee bar with a Nespresso Vertuo and pods, Bonavita drip maker and French press. Dine at the reclaimed farmhouse dining table that seats eight or at the outdoor concrete table that seats 10.

Our home is located within walking distance of some of the best wineries in the valley, and Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is just two miles away for horseback riding and great hiking. You can also enjoy the wonderful 5500 sq ft level creekside lawn, which is great for sports. Badminton and soccer goals available on request. At Villa La Fleur, you can escape the wedding chaos and retreat to a peaceful and luxurious environment. Sonoma Town Square is 15 minutes south on Hwy 12, and Santa Rosa is 10 minutes north. We're about an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco. You can also fly into Santa Rosa (Charles Schultz) Airport just 25 minutes away on Alaskan/Horizon nonstop from LAX, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
