Nice condo and amenities.

This condo was clean and right on the 3rd fairway. Appliances were low-end and first floor bed needs a new mattress, the headboard wasn't attached and made noise every time you moved (fixed with towels). Nice amenities at the resort. A bit far from downtown Durango and we found ourselves heading north to trails. Regardless, I'd go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in #786 in July and had a wonderful time! The condo is laid out perfectly and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the comfort level of the master bedroom mattress. The upstairs beds were super comfortable but the master was very uncomfortable! Overall, an incredible home base for our Durango adventures!
