About this property
Barn Retreat with hot tub and patio!
Escape from the hustle to our renovated historical barn in a quiet, private valley. 3bedroom/1.5bath.
There is large patio dedicated to this building, with fire pit, lights, a hot tub and a grill.
Check out our two other listings (4 bedroom and 2 bedroom) with excellent ratings!

The space is located above the barn. There is a separate entrance with a keypad for ease of entry and exit.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 have a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full as well as another twin (3 beds total, a full and 2 twins.) There is a a large (lovesac) couch in the living room. The open-concept kitchen area/living room area has plenty of seating!
There is a microwave, fridge, toaster oven, dishwasher, hotplate, skillet, Kuerig machine. There is no stove/oven. There is also access to a gas grill on a private patio with a hot tub
if you plan on having more people on property than listed in your reservation request, we will report you to airbnb, and you will be asked to leave. please be honest about # of guests you will have in your group.
We now have a Tesla car charger!
You get your own huge patio at the back of the property that has hanging lights, wood fire pit, a gas grill, tons of seating and a 4 person hot tub.
We reserve the right to ask about ages of all guests. We reserve the right to make a final decision on booking depending on the right fit between guests and Heron`s hollow. If the majority of the groups is underage we reserve the right to ask guests to sign a alcoholic consumption waiver
If the hot tub cover is found to be left open upon your departure, or for an extended period of time during your stay. you will be charged $100 for maintenance and upkeep of the hottub.
We leave it up to you! We love socializing, but if you want to be left alone we completely understand that! feel free to contact us at anytime

Perfect place
Thank you so much for this great experience. Everybody enjoyed. It’s so pretty, spacious, comfy beds and everything else. The hosts were always friendly and helpful in all ways. Definitely we have to go back.

Owners have the gift of hospitality. Easy check in/out. Clean! If you forgot something, they probably have one available for you to use. If you need a lovely, rural setting with a handful of your besties, stay here.

Birthday Celebration
The Barn easily accommodated 9 adults for an overnight birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for parking, sleeping, and the kitchen table was large enough for everyone to sit and play games. The open kitchen and living room was a great space for everyone to hang out and enjoy, and even provided wildlife views (deer, eagles, etc) while drinking coffee in the morning. Everyone enjoyed the clean, comfortable and updated Barn stay! Thank you!

Nice getaway near farms
Place was very pleasant and well maintained. Ben was very accommodating with all our needs, gave us fishing rods and feed for the chickens, kids loved it. He even put away the dog because one of my children was afraid :)
We stayed in the barn, place is not so big. Looks larger in the photos and not sure how it can sleep up to12. Was nice to have 2 bathrooms, central air, the pond and the patio in the back.

Beautiful place!
This place is so serene... we all loved it here. Drank our Sunday morning coffee watching the ducks. Seems like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you aren't. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out, all the comforts of home.

A Nature Paradise
Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about this special place! The beautifully renovated loft with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the spectacular pond with geese and ducks provided so much joy, relaxation, and entertainment for all of us but especially for our puppy, who spent most of her time gazing out the window. In addition to the pond, we loved exploring the path in the woods, the sound of the stream, and hanging out on the large string-lit patio by the fire. Annie and Ben welcomed us with a box of delicious baked goods for breakfast (and have a Keurig with coffee and creamers!) which we really appreciated and eliminated our need to run into town for groceries. The nearby Italian restaurant provided convenient delivery so we never had to leave! It was the perfect get-away and we wish we had more time to spend here. Would definitely love to return to this hidden gem again in the future!

Lovely fall getaway
We loved our time here! It accommodated 9 people comfortably and we enjoyed the lake, fire pit, and property. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. The fresh cut flowers and baked goods were welcoming.
