The views from this second floor condo will take your breath away. The condo is located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills in the sought-after Greens at Ventana Canyon. The condo is light, bright and airy.

When you wake in the cozy king sized bad; relax and enjoy the mountain view. Enjoy the new, tiled walk in shower. Feel the warm water cascading down on you from the rain shower head.

Curl up on the leather sofa and enjoy watching your favorite game on the flat screen TV with Infinity.

Later, sit on the patio with a glass of wine or a warm cup of coffee and enjoy the clear blue skies and spectacular mountain views. You might even see a humming bird buzzing by. Go for a refreshing dip in one of the three pools in the complex. One pool is just steps from the condo. Or, go to the workout facility and then enjoy a bubbling soak in the spa.

If you have work to do, the second bedroom has a desk and the condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet.

Restaurants and shopping (including a grocery store) are minutes away. If you prefer a cozy night in, you can enjoy dinner in the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and All Clad cookware.

The famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort is right up the street. Golfers will enjoy the renowned Tom Fazio designed golf courses at the Lodge at Ventana Canyon right next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson.

Washer & dryer and cleaning supplies are included. The condo also has keyless entry with your own private code and one assigned covered parking space. There is also ample guest parking. Please note that the HOA does not permit Sprinter Vans.

The condo was fantastic. The views were great of Pusch Ridge and from the other side you could easily see the pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and well equipped. We. saw coyotes and a roadrunner (that matched the Diana Madaras painting).

The views from the condo were as beautiful as advertised, and the unit was literally steps from the pool. Covered parking was convenient and little touches like chilled water bottles and granola bars upon arrival were appreciated! Would definitely stay again.
