I offer for rent this bright and modern apartment in Gréoux les bains of 31m2 with a terrace. Located on the second floor with lift.

The apartment is very well equipped, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, hob, extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with easy access, a sink with its cabinet, towel rail and washing machine.

The terrace is 4m2 with an unobstructed view, ideal for having lunch outside.

The apartment is located 1 minute from a mini-market, 10 minutes walk from the Thermal Baths and 15 minutes walk from the old centre. By Iter car, Cadarache is 15 minutes away, the lavender fields of the Valensole plateau 20 minutes away, Lake Sainte Croix 45 minutes away, Aix TGV 50 minutes away, Marseille Provence airport 1 hour. Free parking at the foot of the building,

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Am schönsten war der Ausblick beim Frühstück,Grillen ... vom Balkon auf die Stadt.Hinweis: Kaffeemaschine ist Senseo mit Pads.In der Stadt und Umgebung alles sehr entspannt.Wir sind oft ca. 15 min an die Verdon bei der Brücke zum Baden gelaufen. Super erfrischend.Für Mountainbiker: Es gibt einige (ca. 55 Stück) ausgewiesene Strecken direkt in der Umgebung. Gibt es extra Prospekt bei der Touristic-Info.-

Je suis arrivée en train de Paris à Marseille puis j'ai pris la correspondance pour la gare de Manosque. J'ai attendu 2h parce qu'il n'y a qu'un seul bus qui dessert Gréoux. Il faut faire coïncider les départs et les arrivées et ça cest compliqué !L'hôte a échangé par mail plusieurs fois et rapidement. Il m'a très bien informé avant mon arrivée et a repondu à toutes mes questions.Le studio est très accueillant (comme son propriétaire), bien chauffé bien équipé et très fonctionnel. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le confort de la literie et la vue magnifique de la petite terrasse de jour comme de nuit ! Les Thermes sont à 10mn à pied. Le seul inconvénient ce sont les montées pour arriver jusqu'à l'appartement quand on n'est pas véhiculé et qu'on n'est pas randonneur.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio très fonctionnel et bien agencé avec une vue imprenable sur le village et les paysages provençaux...quartier très calme, proches des thermes et loin des tumultes du centre du village. Bon contact avec les hôtes charmants...
