Stunning new Modern pet friendly 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in Vallarta

This New modern one bedroom unit is Located in the most up and coming areas. Versalles. Known as the foodie area !
The Rooftop pool is stunning with mountain and ocean views 360 !!

The 24/7 security/doorman is also a great feature of this building !!

Located in the heart of Vallarta in one of the most up and coming neighborhoods with tons of amazing restaurants from local to upscale to street tacos (one of the best tacos places is directly across from the building and open till 1am)
You can find traditional Mexican or Asian or Italian all in a few block radius.

Access to all the malls and beaches all within walking distance or take a very inexpensive Uber ride or bus to the downtown restaurants and beaches and Malecon.

Costco is just a 5/6 min walk from the building and right there is also one of the nicest supermarkets in Vallarta
called La Comer. The supermarket even has a cafe inside.
One of our favorite breakfast restaurants is also just across from Costco and La Comer.

We will provide a list of all our favorite restaurants and shopping locations.

The neighborhood is still authentic and has a real charm but still close to everything Vallarta has to offer.

The host -David- was very consistent with communicating all check-in/out details, promptly answering any questions, provided a detailed list of restaurants, and everything in the condo was great. Highly recommend!!

This is a great condo in a great location with quick access to everything. Everything about this place was wonderful. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had great views. The security to the building was very nice and easy to use. The condo is great for a couple and has about all the basic things you need. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit which makes packing so much easier. The only drawback for us was that it did not have a king bed but it still ended up working for us. David was so great to work with and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Why they chose this property

This property is brand new and located in the heart of Vallarta. The location is central to all the beaches as well as the Downtown and the Marina and airport.
This neighborhood is up and coming with amazing restaurants all with in walking distance. Less than a block is a 24/7 xoxo which is like a 7 Eleven as well as a 24 hour Pharmacy down the block. They even sell fresh backed pastries there !!!
For those who like a local feel and food this neighborhood can't be beat with one of the best taco stands, open till 1am, directly across from the building entrance
There are tons of coffee places and an amazing mix of restaurants from Italian to local to greek you name it !!!! all with in a few block radius
With über available and beyond inexpensive you can travel to the downtown for all the amazing beaches and restaurants there as well and we will provide a list of all our favorite places to go from food to beaches etc
We are also walking distance from Costco and one of the nicest supermarkets/everthing store call La Comer. One of our favorite breakfast places is also there across from both Costco and La Comer
