Make the best memories at this unique half acre private beach house oceanfront with private beach access, where no one else can compete with our place it includes; 7 bedrooms/8 bathrooms, free housekeeping, ample inside parking, security guard, full size household amenities and bathroom amenities, bon-fire area, outside wifi/inside wifi, pets allowed, bbq grill, full volleyball court, 3 grassed areas ideal for family photos; not to mention, the best oceanfront sunset. Heated pool optional, please inquire for prices, seasonal. Price ranges between $350-$1400 usd depending on season and weather. Heated to 86 degrees. Heated jacuzzis are included.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We offer a private oceanfront grotto space, pet friendly and kid friendly. We keep families warm with winter bon fires outside, wide spaced 26 ft palapa for relaxing in the hammocks and totally fenced off property to protect your visiting pets from wondering off.
We offer two bedrooms with their own entrance for late nighters. This property is ocean front with a private optional heated pool, two Jacuzzi's, full volleyball court, bon fire area, private parking for 20 cars, private beach access where it is safe to swim. It comes with all bathroom heigene basics, cooking basics and cleaning basics, so leave the shopping for another day. Your paradise property comes a maintenance guy and a night security all included in your price.
Pool Heating prices vary based on season - please inquire and we'll send you the price. Please note these are just a pass-through expense from us to you.
We offer one price fits all for *events* that can accommodate up to 300 guests for the event. We do not charge per guest, we charge one flat event fee that is included with your 4 night stay at Tritons Place's.

*We have an underground water system with filtered water, so when the city turns off city water you will not even know your water was missing.
*We have high pressure shower systems and plenty hot water for those relaxing showers. *We offer one jetted tub jacuzzi in one of our master suites.
