This three bedroom two bath spacious condo is located in the Heron Building of the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort - home of the 700 foot lazy lagoon river as well as multiple other swimming pools and hot tubs!

This condo boosts beautiful unobstructed views of the Choctawhatchee Bay from large balcony. Watch the sailboats and the dolphins go by while you relax with your morning coffee.

Master bedroom has elegant furnishings with King size bed and spa style bathroom. Jetted garden tub in bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Large walk in closet.
Second bedroom has King size bed-(new 2021) lots of closet space and TV/DVD with access to full size bathroom

Third bedroom has bunk bed with twin over full and twin underneath., Flat screen TV. There is an air mattress for those 9th and 10th guests available.

All linens are provided and are top of the line with high thread count. This condo will furnish you and your family with luxury throughout.

Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Dining area has large table with plenty of seating for everyone. Living room has Comfy sofa and is the perfect place to unwind after a long hard day at the beach. Great place for movie night with large TV and DVD player or catch the big game.

Furnished with the condo is high speed wireless internet for ease of internet access.

Destin West offers something for every guest. 700 Foot Lazy Lagoon River with inner tubes provided on site free of charge. Waterfall swimming pool, two huge hot tubs too. Guests in the Heron Building also have access to an additional seasonally heated pool located directly below this property. Additional pools including kiddie pool are available for your use too - just a short walk over the walkover bridge connecting both sides of this exclusive resort.

Spring break

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We have rented at Destin West several times before but not this particular unit and we were not disappointed. We bring our grandchildren here every spring break and we just love this complex. The heated pools and hot tubs are great and the kids always like to fish from the dock.

Overall it was a great experience but cleanliness was not good at all. Let’s just say we knew every spot of the place that was used for adulting prior to our visit. This part of the stay was bad for my anxiety cleaning everywhere before I sat my kids down. But location and view was amazing it actually made up for the extra cleaning I had to do.

This resort is perfect for family vacation! The pool options, views of the Bay and Ocean, and ability to walk to several restaurants and attractions make it very enjoyable!

We loved the layout of the condo and how comfortable we felt. The deck was great and the the walk way to the beach. The weather was horrible during our stay and the property lost power for a couple hours. We had to use the stairs due to the power outage and some of the emergency lights were not working which made it dangerous and a little scary. The property felt safe, and kept up with. We had an overall good trip minus the weather. We all slept like babies.

We loved our stay! Our room was nice and spacious. The condo had everything we needed! They literally thought of everything like extra fans! The couch is super comfy and we loved the beautiful pools.

We really enjoy staying at this resort. The location is great. The property was very well maintained. We all loved the beds. I like how there was 2 couches in the living room, it provided a lot of room to sit after a long day on the beach.

Multi Generation Family Vacation

Property was great, had many different options for the different people within our group. Lots of entertainment and food/drink options within walking distance. Only downside was that the building set out chairs all across the beach that you had to pay extra for so be prepared to either pay, or walk quite a distance to set up your own beach space.
