Highlights of this unit include impeccable appointments, private balcony (with view of Beaver Creek), steps from the Riverfront Express Ski Gondola and Nottingham park/lake. Ask about our free passes to the Avon rec center we’re you can soak in a hot tub, go to the sauna, steam room, weight room, lazy river, roach wall, and slide. All of that is located just a block from the condo.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and the gondola, also found a beautiful walk along the river next to the unit the day we flew out. The host/owner was so helpful, left us a thoughtful basket of treats and very quick to respond. We hope to come back!!

Great for easy access to the slopes

This is a nice little apartment and did everything we needed it to, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, helpful owner. Walk to the gondola was easy even with the kids carrying their skis, great to get straight to the slopes with no car involved. Rec centre was a big hit for the hot tub and pool and slides for the kids. A great hol in the Beav.

We were in town for the Vail LAX tournament. Perfect location, great condo, had everything we needed. Enjoyed restaurants close by that had amazing food as well as mountain biking at Beaver Creek. Condo could easily accommodate a family of 5. We will look to come back again.

Triple Bypass bike ride

Property was well-appointed and equipped to handle every possible need. Check in was a cinch and communication and guidance from host (and front desk) was immediate and helpful. Location was perfect for the purpose of riding the annual “Triple Bypass” bike ride (Evergreen - Avon)…both the shuttle pick-up to the start line, and the finish line are within a couple hundred yards of the condo.
